I need to find some small cities in Oregon. Preferably on the northern half of the state. The colder the better. The small city has to have a decent sided lake in or really close to it. I would like the like to have a yacht club or something that has the capability to set off fireworks on the fourth of July. A place that has events and sailing. Anywhere in the US would work too.
